You must try this. A friend of mine share this recipe with me and I would love to share this with the whole world. It is really yummy. You can have a great fried prawns within 15 minutes.
Ingredients:
600g prawns
3 tsp light soya sauce
2 tbsp diced tomato
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp chopped garlic
8 stalks of sectioned spring onion
Seasonings:
3 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp light soya sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
2 tbsp superior broth
1 tsp cornflour
a dash of sesame oil
a pinch of pepper
Method:
Devein prawns. Rince and soak up excessive moisture
Stir in 1 tsp ginger juice
A little pepper to marinate for 5 minutes
Add in 1 tbsp cornflour. Stir well for later use
Place prawns in a platter, brush with oil and microwave for 1 1/2 minutes.
Put the butter in a platter. Microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute till melted.
Add in grated ginger, chopped garlic, cover and microwave for 30 seconds.
Remove. Stir in seasonings and prawns.
Cover and microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Serving: 4 pax
Fried Rice
I cooked fried rice a couple of days ago.... 1st trial. Succeeded!!!
Serving: 1 pax
Material:
2 eggs
2 sausages
A pinch of salt
Black pepper
White pepper
Beat the eggs in the clay pot then put in the spices and a pinch of salt for taste.
Then pour the rice in the pot and mix well. Put on the lid.
Put in the microwave oven and heat it up for 1 minute. Take it out then use a folk to stir it. Repeat the process for another 3 times then you'll have a nice fried rice for a meal.
Put the sausages on a plate. Put some olive oil on it and pop it in the microwave oven for 2 minutes.
Have a nice simple meal! Have fun!

Well, this is kind of ashame...
I was thinking of cooking some meat pie last night but it ended up ugly.
I use a clay pot. I put some olive oil, the meat pie, some black and white pepper then pop it in the microwave to cook for 4 minutes....... end of the 4th minute, I can throw the meat pie down the window and kill someone.
Come on, any of you out there who are experience with microwave cooking, please help me out here. Your willingness to share is highly appreciated.

10 Happiness
This is not another recipe. But just to let everybody know that there's a stray dog near my apartment. She gave birth to 9 puppies two weeks ago.
Yesterday went to give her some food and saw her puppies up and moving around. They were so cute and it really made my day!
I really hope somebody would take the puppies back and take care of them.
I wish that I have a big piece of land to put the whole family there.
May my wish come through!
