You must try this. A friend of mine share this recipe with me and I would love to share this with the whole world. It is really yummy. You can have a great fried prawns within 15 minutes.
Ingredients:
600g prawns
3 tsp light soya sauce
2 tbsp diced tomato
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp chopped garlic
8 stalks of sectioned spring onion
Seasonings:
3 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp light soya sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
2 tbsp superior broth
1 tsp cornflour
a dash of sesame oil
a pinch of pepper
Method:
Devein prawns. Rince and soak up excessive moisture
Stir in 1 tsp ginger juice
A little pepper to marinate for 5 minutes
Add in 1 tbsp cornflour. Stir well for later use
Place prawns in a platter, brush with oil and microwave for 1 1/2 minutes.
Put the butter in a platter. Microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute till melted.
Add in grated ginger, chopped garlic, cover and microwave for 30 seconds.
Remove. Stir in seasonings and prawns.
Cover and microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Serving: 4 pax
