Ingredients:
16 oz. can crushed pineapple
1-1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 box of Yellow cake mix dry or 1
box Jiffy Yellow cake mix
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. pecans
Layer as written, cook in microwave 12 minutes full power.
Can be served warm or cold.
Serve plain or with ice cream or Cool Whip.
