Burnt

Well, this is kind of ashame...

I was thinking of cooking some meat pie last night but it ended up ugly.

I use a clay pot. I put some olive oil, the meat pie, some black and white pepper then pop it in the microwave to cook for 4 minutes....... end of the 4th minute, I can throw the meat pie down the window and kill someone.

Come on, any of you out there who are experience with microwave cooking, please help me out here. Your willingness to share is highly appreciated.

10 Happiness

This is not another recipe. But just to let everybody know that there's a stray dog near my apartment. She gave birth to 9 puppies two weeks ago.

Yesterday went to give her some food and saw her puppies up and moving around. They were so cute and it really made my day!

I really hope somebody would take the puppies back and take care of them.

I wish that I have a big piece of land to put the whole family there.

May my wish come through!

Check this out! My first real cooking!

Microwave oven.....

Living in a studio apartment doesn't give you much space to cook. So, finally got enough money to buy a microwave oven (yipee!) the other day.

Well, have so much in mind to cook.... but don't know how???

So far, just use it to heat ready meals and YES, I did scramble eggs (a big improvement!). Bla bla bla....

I know there are much more that I can do with microwave, but I am still very 'green' in using it.

Anybody who would like to share with me easy to prepare microwave cooking recipes and tips, please post here.
